About our Camps:
Acceleration offers Speed and Jump camps on a 5-8 week cadence. Each camp session will vary with the season and the athletes the are attending. Athletes can expect to work on coordination, mechanics, and muscle and tendon demands of sprinting and jumping.
During the school year, sessions are held most weeknights during the evening. Exact scheduling will vary with demand and attendance.
